Corporate Values Identification
Who you are and what you stand for have become just as important as the quality of your products and services. Who you are is determined by the values within your organization. These are the values of your employees, which don't always match the values in your literature.
Corporate Values Identification identifies and measures three sets of values: the top personal values of your employees, the values they believe are currently operating within your organization, and the values they would like to see operating in your organization. With this information, you have a map to the future.
Organizational outcomes:
- Measure, understand, and refine your corporate culture and values.
- Communicate your values in language that successfully drives decisions and behaviors.
- Attract and retain values aligned people.
Corporate Values Identification is vital during the due diligence process of a merger and acquisition. The prime reason for failed mergers is incompatible organizational cultures. Values are a key component of an organization's culture. Corporate Values Identification evaluates the two cultures and identifies aligned values and potentially incompatible values.

Our organization entered into the "values assessment"
process with the intent to validate what leadership felt the core values were. We were especially satisfied that the process proved to be administratively efficient with
practical outcomes. Elmdea's work with us during the assessment process and subsequent education and communication phase
provided a solid platform from which we have implemented human resource strategies that integrate the values into our culture,
including the reward and sanction of behaviors consistent with our values. The values process has made a significant, positive
difference in how we work together as associates and in our service to our customers and communities. Elmdea's involvement in this process was crucial."
