Learn to Relax and de-Stress
Stress has measurable impacts on your life, your health, and your business processes, profitability, and productivity. If you want to reduce sick days, sick leave,
hallway complaint sessions, and the more subtle inability of employees to fully and efficiently focus on the project or task at hand, you will need to address stress.
Personal Peace helps people identify situations they can change and can't change; make active choices about how they respond to these situations; and deepen their process of creating a relaxed, healthy, productive, and joy-filled life.
