Executive Retreats
There are times when you need to step back, gain new perspectives, and find new vision. You need a time of retreat to re-charge and renew.
Executive Retreat is an intensive 7 month program which includes 3 days off-site. It is a highly focused and individual learning experience, offering time for work and for
reflection.
The focus of the Executive Retreat program is on the individual, rather than the organization. Often, an organization will decide this format is well suited for an executive group. In this case, the program is expanded to include team and organization dynamics.
