Organization Culture Change is a comprehensive 12 month program to change those behaviors and mindsets across the organization. The process begins at the executive level through clarification of objectives, focused intention, and behavioral change. The process then moves into the organization at large. The result is successfully envisioned, communicated, modeled, and implemented change across all functional areas, from top to bottom.
